In April 2012 Pacific Waterproofing were engaged to renew the bitumastic membrane on the roof of strata SP14156 11 Ward Avenue, Potts Point, NSW 2011. The work was carried out in a professional & efficient manner that produced a quality job within a relatively short time frame.
All aspects of the job were well handled which enabled the work to proceed efficiently & to the satisfaction of the client. Several issues arose that required discussion with the myself being the Strata representative to oversee the job. These discussions were carried out in a very timely manner resulting in quick resolution of the issues & continuation of the work.
I have not hesitation in recommending Pacific Waterproofing in bitumastic membrane roofing work.

Errol Hillier from Pacific Waterproofing Pty Ltd recently undertook the task of laying new waterproof membranes in two mechanical plant rooms as the existing membranes had deteriorated.
I found Errol to be very pleasant to work with, professional and was efficient in completing the required work. The work completed was of a very high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Errol.

With no expectations other than the job had to be done, and a recent tradie (different trade) who'd done a good job but made a horrible mess, we were prepared to grit our teeth and live with dust, dirt, mess and equipment littering up our (small) terrace house.
Errol came round to have a look-see and provide a quotation - first impressions very good as he wasn't wearing paint spattered overalls, nor torn jeans constantly being heaved up - but was well dressed, well spoken, and confidence-inspiring. Timely emails followed, the day was set, and the crew arrived to bash away the plaster/plasterboard from our lounge area. Despite having vacuum cleaner and mop at the ready, when they had finished the place was sparkling (if bare-bricked)! They'd erected screens to contain dust, covered furniture and then cleaned up after themselves. The work continued like this and the group epitomised professionalism and, importantly, the willingness to keep things clean and to cause minimum disruption to us. The team even found a roofing problem we had and executed a quick fix on that too.
All in all, we were very impressed and they rewrote our perception of tradesmen.

We were very happy with the work done by Errol on our planter box. He got the work done in good time and came when he said he would. The finished product was both neat and professional looking. Errol also made himself available to answer any questions we had before and after the job. We have now filled the box with dirt and plants and so far everything is working perfectly, even with the recent torrential rains we have had!

We would recommend Pacific Waterproofing to everyone. Errol waterproofed the deck above our kitchen. He was very painstaking and thorough. Even in the heavy rains we have since had in Sydney this year we have had no leaks at all, and were able to remove the buckets which had been adorning our kitchen floor!
